Audio Producer at Locaria is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of audio projects, ensuring high-quality output and exceptional client service. 

Audio Producer will act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving projects from initial briefing through to final delivery. Reporting to a Voice-Over Manager & Casting Director you will lead day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

• Manage end-to-end voice-over project delivery, including briefing, quoting, casting, talent booking, session direction, and final delivery.
• Streamline the internal communication with sound engineers, voice actors, visual adaptation producers, bilingual supervisors.
• Streamline the external communication with the clients, partner agencies.
• Organize document flow and financial control (Cost estimates, PO's, invoices, etc.)
• Ensure quality level of the final product adheres to Locaria and industry standards.
• Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time.

• Ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in voice-over production or audio engineering
• Knowledge of legal and contractual requirements related to voice-over and usage rights
• Experience in casting and session directing
• Fluent English: spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Spreadsheets/ Presentations/ Docs
