We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across shared services, managing revenue recognition, cash flow forecasting, and global tax and audit compliance. You will work with a variety of clients from different industries, including luxury, retail, travel, and technology, helping them to create engaging content that resonates with audiences around the world.
Job Specification & Key Priorities
Reporting to the VP Finance, this role will oversee the financial operations across shared service and internal Teams, working closely with the wider Locaria Finance Team and Stagwell Head Office.
The key roles and responsibilities are:
Revenue
This role will work oversee the Revenue function to ensure:
Cash Flow Forecasting
Implementing an accurate cash flow forecasting process across the Locaria group:
Banking / HMRC Management
Manage bank accounts and HMRC for Locaria Group:
Month End Reporting/monthly tasks
Audit & Statutory Reporting
Tax Management
Oversee the Tax Manager to ensure the organization meets all tax compliance obligations on time while optimizing tax efficiency in line with legislation and business strategy
Process and systems improvements
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across Revenue, and Tax functions, ensuring clear objectives, accountability, and continuous development, while working closely with shared services teams to ensure that the day to day financial operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
Business partnering with commercial teams to support, pricing, margin analysis, profitability and decision support to help support the growth of the business and drive healthy EBITDA.
