Overview

Join the Locaria Academy Graduate Program in Cairo, Egypt, and kickstart your career. This six-month paid program is designed for motivated and ambitious graduates eager to gain hands-on experience, professional development, and a global perspective.

 

Join our Creative Adaptation team as a Producer Trainee, where you’ll contribute to the end-to-end delivery of adaptation projects across a variety of media formats, including video, print and digital materials.

Responsibilities

As part of the Producers team at the Locaria Academy Graduate Program, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, including graphic and video designers, to deliver high-quality content.

  • Coordinate with external partners such as voiceover studios and partner agencies to source, brief, and manage third-party deliverables.

  • Oversee timelines and quality checks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standard.

  • Assist with project documentation - including briefs, cost estimates, and other types of materials - to maintain organised and transparent workflows.

  • Contribute to team meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and other supporting materials.

  • Support the Producers team with ad-hoc tasks and new project requirements as they arise.

By the end of the program, you will have developed skills in project management, quality control and creative adaptation and production projects coordination.

You will need to be available to join in June 2026 when the programme begins. This role will be working Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM local time.

 

This is a paid graduate programme offering $350 USD gross per month.
