Overview

We have an exciting opening for a Junior Localisation Project Manager (Content Analyst), to support the management of full-cycle translation projects in the website localisation industry.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is keen to be part of a team performing to the highest standards and to be interacting with our global wider team, but who is also able and motivated to work autonomously to support Locaria’s deliveries during a busy season.

 

Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 hrs

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage and run the full cycle of localisation projects.
  • Prepare and analyse files using our CAT tool and integrated project management system.
  • Create orders in our management platform and keep project admin updated at all times.
  • Liaise with internal and external linguists, allocate jobs and monitor workflows.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Follow QA processes and comply with relevant and applicable procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (briefs, TMs, glossaries/TBs, style guides).

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Translation, linguistic, communication or media degree/qualification.
  • Track record in localisation project coordination preferred.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills. Being a native speaker of one more language is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to work – bringing ideas and questions to the team.
  • Proven writing / translation / reviewing experience nice to have.
  • Passionate about languages.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (e.g. Phrase).
