Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager - Packaging Adaptation and Development. This role supports the Account Management Team Lead in building and managing the in-house Client Service team for EU creative projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across markets on time and within budget. The position acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with EU brand teams, overseeing projects end to end, and continuously improving processes to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.

 

This position is a 1-year temporary contract.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and provide optimization recommendations to Account Management Team Lead and Content Production Lead to ensure proper resources, minimal delivery risks, and efficient time/resource use.
  • Lead and coordinate packaging adaptation and development across multiple markets and product lines.
  • Manage end‑to‑end packaging artwork process, including creation, updates, reviews, and final approvals.
  • Ensure all packaging meets brand guidelines, technical requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, artwork versions, and technical specifications for all packaging SKUs.
  • Track packaging timelines, proactively identifying risks, delays, and quality issues, and driving solutions.
  • Manage up to 20 simultaneous projects from brief to delivery in close cooperation with EU brand teams and In-house Content Production Team.
  • Support development of user manuals and training programs to educate marketing teams and external partners.
  • Act as key liaison between teams, ensuring timely feedback implementation and issue escalation.
  • Organize briefing meetings, monitor timelines and budgets, and ensure accurate execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in creative content production as Senior Project/Account Manager or Supervisor
  • Experience in In-house Production or large Production Houses is essential.
  • Proven ability to work closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Creative Teams.
  • Proven experience in Packaging Adaptation and Development – hands‑on involvement in adjusting, creating, or localizing packaging for different markets, SKUs, or regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and technical specifications to ensure highest quality and compliance.
  • Ability to manage packaging versions and approvals while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for daily communication, documentation, and cross‑regional coordination.

  • Highly organized and able to work with clear deadlines in a fast‑paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proactive problem‑solver able to identify risks in packaging projects and suggest improvements early.
  • Client management and business development skills, including identifying new opportunities through analysis of client needs.
  • Attention to detail and structured work approach 
  • Successful leadership of large, multi-market projects.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects of varying scale under tight deadlines and limited resources.

This is a fully remote role but the person needs to be based in Bulgaria
