About Us

Locaria is a leading multilingual marketing and linguistic services agency that operates across more than 90 global markets. We blend insights, data, talent and technology to take global content further for ambitious brands. Locaria is central to the global content solution of Stagwell, the challenger advertising network.

Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our client's in-house creative team responsible for the adaptation, localisation, and production of brand assets across a global product portfolio.

This role is for someone who combines strong design sensibility with exceptional production craft, a person who enjoys taking high-concept brand guidelines and making them work for every touchpoint – both digital and analogue. You thrive in high intensity environments, understand brands deeply, and take pride in your craft.

This position is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

#LI-Remote

Responsibilities

  • Adapt global creative assets for local markets, ensuring brand consistency, technical correctness, and cultural relevance across regions.
  • Execute high-quality artworking and production for digital and print assets, from first adaptation to final, delivery-ready files.
  • Perform advanced image manipulation (product, packaging, layout, colour correction).
  • Prepare production-ready files with full awareness of formats, specs, channels, and downstream requirements.
  • Act as a brand guardian, applying and helping evolve visual identity systems across assets and markets.
  • Collaborate closely with other designers, project managers, brand teams, external agencies, and other partners to deliver work that is both fast and right.
  • Support your team by translating concepts into scalable, localised executions.
  • Contribute constructively to creative discussions: flagging risks, suggesting smarter executions, and improving workflows.
  • Present adapted work and final assets clearly and confidently to stakeholders when needed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in design, artworking, or production roles within agency or in-house environments.
  • A strong foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual systems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of DTP, prepress, and print production.
  • Confidence working across digital formats (social, banners, web).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities without losing quality.
  • Experience with localisation workflows, asset versioning, or automation tools is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of motion/video (After Effects, Premiere) and basic animation or storyboarding is welcome.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a big advantage.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset (you know when to push back and when to execute).
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing production-heavy, multi-format work.
  • Fluency in English.

This is a fully remote role but the person needs to be based in Serbia
