Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and drive creative content production. This role requires strong business acumen, a passion for creative content development, and exceptional project management skills. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients, ensuring seamless execution of multi-market campaigns.

 

This position is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with SWE brand & shopper teams and internal content development team to deliver high quality mktg assets.
    • Set and host a regular f2f connections with brand & shopper team on planned projects & WoW.
  • Creative Production Leadership:
    • Lead the development of high-quality creative content (video and non-video) that aligns with market needs and media requirements.
    • Brief and guide inhouse content production team on creative asset and assign a proper skillset needed.
    • Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation and risk management in collaboration with the Account Management Team Lead and Content Production Lead.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee up to 15 simultaneous projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
    • Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring all briefs are complete, technically accurate, and align with media specifications.
    • Manage SWE markets production calendars, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring efficient resource use.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a central liaison between SWE brand teams, in-house content production team, external production agencies, and media partners.
    • Ensure feedback and client requirements are addressed promptly, and escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
    • Foster collaboration across internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Deliver data-driven reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and actionable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a project/account manager in creative content production (preferably at creative agency side) is mandatory
  • Strong background in working with Art Directors, Designers, and Creative Teams.
  • Exceptional understanding of in-house agency business objectives and creative concept development.
  • Ability to align creative production with broader business goals and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while staying focused and delivering results.
  • Strong team player with the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and ready to take ownership of critical situations.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Spanish is a significant advantage.

This is a fully remote role but the person needs to be based in Serbia
