Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager/Account Director to join our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and quality, while supporting a team of Producers and serving as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new Producers joining the team.
  • Ensure that Producers accurately complete all internal and external status reports (project management trackers including finance information, etc).
  • Maintain the organization and order of asset library, working, and producers’ folders.
  • Lead the evaluation and personal development of Producers by setting clear targets and conducting regular one-on-one meetings, as well as annual performance reviews.
  • Strategically allocate resources and manage workflow across departments and specialized teams to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor the creative production team, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide the view on expanding & reshaping the team according to business needs

Campaign Adaptation Management:

  • Lead the adaptation of global advertising campaigns for regional markets, including digital, social, print, TV, and OOH (out-of-home) channels, including managing the timelines, budgets, and resources for adaptation projects. 
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Enforce strict adherence to project timelines and milestones, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, conducting regular reviews and evaluations to ensure deliverables meet Locaria's and industry benchmarks for excellence.
  • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders, such as sound studios, and freelancers, to facilitate seamless collaboration and achieve project objectives.

Building & Maintaining Clients Partnerships:

  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and excellence, driving the team to consistently deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Actively contribute to client-facing presentations by preparing materials and presenting key updates.

Required Skills

The Office: Sofia, Bulgaria, hybrid model

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, account management, or production, ideally within Creative/Localization Agencies.
  • Ability to effectively manage teams of producers, editors, and designers.
  • Experience of building teams/functions from the scratch.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, including Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Docs.
  • Will be a plus: familiarity with Figma.
