About Us

Locaria is a specialist multilingual content and creative adaptation agency. We are experts in developing global brand marketing campaigns, delivering localised e-commerce content, optimising multimarket media and scaling asset development across cultures

Overview

We are launching a new platform/tool designed to streamline the future of scaled multilingual content. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the CEO, Tech Director, and Growth Director, this role will see you taking ownership of messaging and marketing around the launch of this new offering. If you’re a self-starter who likes to roll up your sleeves then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Go To Market Launch Plans & Optimisation:

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to define GTM approach and channel mix by customer segment
  • Coordinate product release timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and launch goals are achieved
  • Post-launch optimisation of content and updating of materials based on feedback

Go To Market Collateral

  • Take ownership of marketing and sales collateral, including battlecards, product sheets, demo library, and sales slide decks
  • Work alongside Marketing to ensure all assets reflect brand guidelines and product positioning

Website & Paid Media

  • Develop, update and optimise website content and product pages to ensure messaging is clear, engaging and search-friendly
  • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn

Persona Messaging

  • Develop and own the messaging framework and GTM playbook
  • Ensure consistent, compelling persona-based messaging across all communications and channels

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create impactful sales enablement sessions and materials.

Your impact:

  • Drive a successful product launch that accelerates adoption and revenue growth
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams are equipped with best-in-class tools, content, and messaging

#Li-Hybrid

Qualifications

The Office: London, hybrid model

Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 hrs

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to achieve shared goals. You are solutions-oriented by nature, you say ‘yes, and’ rather than ‘no, but’.

  • Demonstrated success in managing/supporting end-to-end product launches and GTM projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

  • Both strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging. You may be called upon to speak at events or host roundtable discussions, self-confidence is key.

  • Ability to use data and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy. Critical thinking is in short supply, you haven’t resorted to LLMs to answer any and all questions.

  • Comfortable navigating product specs and technical documentation; able to translate features into benefits for different audiences.

  • You can create a slide deck which is not only informative but follows brand guidelines and looks good. We want someone who knows how to engage their audience, not boredom by a thousand slides.

A plus:

  • Experience in a startup or scaleup environment. You are hungry to make a project work once you’ve sunk your teeth into it, and are creative when it comes to finding novel solutions to unexpected challenges. You anticipate problems before they arise (or are quick to firefight when they do).

  • Good base understanding and desire to learn more about marketing, e-commerce, creative production, cultural insights and linguistics.

Equal Opportunities

You’ll live up to the Locarian Values:

  • We take content further
  • We grow together
  • Celebrating Individuality
  • Doing good along the way
  • With care
