Embark on your Vendor Management career with our graduate programme, designed to immerse you in the dynamic world of global talent and supplier relations. As a Vendor Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full vendor lifecycle, from discovering and onboarding exceptional linguistic and creative specialists worldwide, to negotiating terms, supporting training, and monitoring performance. This well-rounded programme will equip you with the skills, global mindset, and industry insight to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, building a strong foundation for a future in vendor management and beyond.

 

In our fast-paced, multicultural team, you’ll gain hands-on experience sourcing, onboarding, and developing top talent worldwide while supporting key business needs. In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Source outstanding freelancers and suppliers using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Qualify, interview, and onboard new vendors in multiple disciplines  (e.g. linguistics, voice-over, design, video editing)
  • Grow and develop our existing global talent pool
  • Manage, maintain, and optimise our vendor database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Produce regular reports on defined KPIs, providing insights to the wider team
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external talent, offering support and guidance when needed

Required Skills

We’re looking for ambitious graduates with:

  • A strong academic record and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for results.

  • A drive for continuous learning and professional growth.

You will need to be available to join in October 2025 when the programme begins. This role will be working Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM local time.

 

This is a paid graduate programme offering $350 USD gross per month.
