Join one of Locaria’s most dynamic departments, Operations, and gain visibility into nearly every process that keeps our global business running. In this hands-on program, you’ll work across diverse areas such as logistics, sustainability, organisational culture, finance processes, quality management (ISO), learning & development, cross-team collaboration, and core process improvement. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, international team, supporting our offices in Cairo, Barcelona, Madrid, Mexico City, London, Kyiv, Kuala Lumpur, and remote teams worldwide.

Boost your skills, expand your network, and set the foundation for a successful career in operations and beyond. In the Back Office team, no two days are alike. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:

• Drafting, preparing, and implementing policies and documentation
• Communicating new processes, announcements, and updates across Locaria’s internal channels
• Organizing events, planning team-building activities, and coordinating internal Learning & Development sessions

You will also:

We’re looking for ambitious graduates with:

• A strong academic record and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

You will need to be available to join in October 2025 when the programme begins. This role will be working Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM local time.

This is a paid graduate programme offering $350 USD gross per month.

The selection process will involve two stages:

1. Stage One: A video submission interview where you’ll showcase your skills, motivations, and why you’re excited about joining Locaria Academy.
2. Stage Two: If successful, you’ll proceed to a final virtual interview, where you’ll meet some of our team managers. This may include an interview or an assessment center to evaluate your skills and fit for the programme.
