Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Content Development Project Manager focused on animatics, video and print to join our team.

The Marketing Content Development Project Manager role will:

  • Support the EU Brand & Shopper Account Management TL with animatics scope execution & non-video content development assets creation for European sector, incl. establishment of the in-house procedures and ways of working, collaboration with  in-house agencies and external partners.
  • Deliver project management of specific high- to low-level complexity Post-Production tasks (delivered by KCC Content Production team and/or external agencies).
  • Contribute to the best in class video content creative adaptation and versioning (incl. animatics, TV commercials, online videos, or key visuals planned for diferent Brand Initiatives for European sector.
  • Contribute in the most effective, efficient and kept in a timely manner way to Post-Production process in order to deliver creatives according to the agreed brief and in line with the annual EU Production Calendar
  • Interface with Business Units (BUs), Categories, In-house agencies (Sips&Bites, Video Production team, Design Center), Content Engine Team, Marketing Procurement and Finance Teams as well as external stakeholders (European/Global agencies)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of animatics, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
  • Coordinate the work of illustrators, storyboard artists, animators, editors, and sound designers.
  • Planning and providing recommendation for maximum possible optimization scenarios of animatics & post-production scope planned to ensure: proper resources, minimal risks to delivery and efficient resource/time spend
  • Daily project management (up to 15 simultenous projects) in close cooperation with internal content production team or/and external agencies from brief to best-in-class creative delivery
  • Cooperating with Content ProductionTeam (illustrators, video editors, graphic designers) to ensure quality and effective support of processes depending on scope intensity
  • Interaction with other departments’ teams involved directly or in-directly into asset creation delivery, like: local Marketing Team,Procurement, Content Engine Team, Media, Legal and Marketing Finance Teams
  • Contributing to the deliver of creatives according to the process including timely distribution of creatives into Digital Asset Management platform while keeping all taxonomy related information at the highest quality level and serving a support for related requests to internal customers
  • Contributing to the management of content development on a regular basis to ensure proper resource planning and risk mitigation
  • Support onboarding/trainings on content development Ways of Working to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, across marketing teams and external partners/agencies
  • Contribute and deliver cost estimations, reports through monitoring the number of requests, detailed project overview (incl. project’s value delivered)time spent, changes vs plan, etc

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in post-production (with big part of FMCG preferred) as project/account, ideally with experience in similar Inhouse Post-Production or Production/Content development studios on a Client’s side or bigger Porduction Houses (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience working within a brand environment, incl. collaboration with Production houses, agencies and marketeers
  • Strong knowledge of the animatic pipeline – from storyboard to layout, editing, and final cut.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Storyboard Pro, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, frame.io).
  • Bachelor’s degree. Professional education in film production preferred but not mandatory if compensated by relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled at scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Strong quality assurance and attention to detail throughout all project stages.
  • Succesfull experience in cross-market projects leadership and coordination (relevant, big, multi-market projects)
  • Experience in multiple projects management of different scale within tight timings and resources
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and visual – for both internal and client-facing communication.
  • Ability to clearly brief creative teams and present updates to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
