Overview

We're looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer (Conceptual, DTP, Graphic Design) to join our team. You'll be a key player in shaping our brand identity and visual communication across a variety of channels. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. You'll also mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative and inspiring team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute creative projects from initial concept through final production, effectively translating marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our creative strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to develop cohesive marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Develop and present persuasive design rationales to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating the strategic thinking behind creative choices.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  • Champion our brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and branding. Please include examples of marketing campaigns, logo development, graphic design and brand work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present design concepts.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, user interface design, web standards, and usability best practices.
  • Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
