Overview

We're looking for a versatile and creative Integrated Designer (DTP, 3D, Graphic Design) with a strong foundation in graphic design and a passion for incorporating 3D elements into their work. This hybrid role requires a solid understanding of design principles, proficiency in graphic design software, and demonstrable 3D skills. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various platforms, seamlessly integrating 2D and 3D elements to enhance brand communication and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of integrated projects, from concept development to final delivery, with a focus on blending graphic design and 3D elements effectively.
  • Develop visually impactful designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, web, social media, and presentations.
  • Create 3D assets (models, textures, basic animations) to enhance graphic design projects and add depth and visual interest.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Apply 3D skills to elevate graphic design projects, creating impactful visuals that stand out.
  • Stay up to date on the latest design trends, software, and techniques in both graphic design and 3D.
  • Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application of design elements across all projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects, demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, and visual communication. Include examples where you've integrated 3D elements (even if basic) to enhance the design.
  • Demonstrable 3D skills, including modelling, texturing, and basic animation. Proficiency in relevant 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.   
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creating innovative and visually stunning integrated designs.
