We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Overview

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30PM Kyiv time

 

Historically Locaria’s bread & butter is creative adaptation & localization, therefore our team consists of producers, who manage the projects, video designers (editors, VFX, CGI), who work on all the moving image changes & developments, and graphic designers, who are mainly focused on the tasks that include language adaptation, resizing, versioning, design development based on existing guidelines & KV.

 

Now we are looking for an Art Director who will reinforce and guide our team of graphic & video designers to support projects with print, digital, or motion assets where creative adaptation is required. Experience working with clients in the tobacco industry is essential.

 

Also, building relationships with the Client and partners, communication & presentation of our approaches & ideas to the Client will be an essential part of daily routines. The Art Director would be also responsible for the quality check of all deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the execution for creative adaptation across all aspects of the brand experience including all channels (digital, print, POS).
  • Participate in the briefing sessions with the Client, and provide suggestions on how to tackle certain asset adaptations.
  • Provide the strategy of the creative adaptation ideas along with the deliverables (which assets would resonate better on some specific platforms or POS areas, etc).
  • Present the creative assets to the client.
  • Develop initial asset concepts and create working examples to guide the team, as well as being ready to roll up the sleeves and do the design work when needed.
  • Be detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last-minute requests and adapting to changes in business and cultural trends.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience working with the clients from tobacco sector is a must
  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative, art direction at creative agencies
  • 2+ years’ experience leading diverse creative teams through fast-paced, conceptual and strategic design and production work.
  • Full language proficiency in English
  • Full language proficiency in Ukrainian
  • Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, including Photoshop, and Illustrator, strong knowledge of PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Figma.
  • An online portfolio showing a variety of POS, print and digital work is a MUST.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision-making.
