We are currently looking for Senior Designer to join our dynamic team.

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Designer with a passion for creativity and a proven track record in delivering exceptional design solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting brands through innovative design strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay current with design trends and techniques and incorporate these into practices and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or brand standards.
  • Develop and present cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign approaches to the design team, stakeholders, and external clients.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and creative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent level of experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • At least five years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a wide range of design work, including digital, print, and branding.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and/or other visual design tools.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, user interfaces, web standards, and usability.
  • Experience with 3D, motion graphics, and multimedia production is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously.
