Overview

The Creative Account Manager at Locaria is both responsible bringing all components of the production and delivery of projects together and being a client service representative.
The Producer will be working as part of the Locaria team, responsible for creating and delivering an integrated range of assets and support for our global flagship client. Reporting to a Team Lead you will lead day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally. This role will report to a Team Lead.

  • Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30PM

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relations with clients
  • Daily project management of incoming briefs and assignments
  • Traffic management of incoming flow among departments and specialists
  • Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time
  • Manage creative production team (video, print and digital)
  • Organize document flow and financial control (Cost estimates, PO's, invoices, etc.)
  • Management of 3rd Parties involvement (i.e. sound studios, directors, photographers, other freelancers)
  • Ensure quality level of the final product adhere to Locaria and industry standards
  • Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time

Required Skills

  • Ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of project management/account management/producer experience preferably in the Communication industry/Post Production Companies
  • Fluent English: spoken and written
  • Fluent Ukrainian: spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office or Google Spreadsheets/ Presentations/ Docs
