To work within an in-house agency team, forming part of a multi-disciplinary content production resource across their European brand portfolio. Experience with project managing 360 campaigns with digital image and stills photography highly desirable for this position.

Overview

Purpose of the Role:

  • Support the Marketing Portfolio Projects Manager in the set-up and ongoing management of the In-house Client Service Team managing creative projects delivery for UK market, incl. establishment and measurement of dedicated KPIs and ways of working;
  • Build strong relationship and managing relations with UK market in order to ensure proper projects delivery as well as business results ( productivity );
  • Contribute to the production of best in class creative content;
  • Interface with Business Unit, Categories, In-house Production Teams, Production, Content Engine Team, Marketing Procurement and Finance Teams as well as external stakeholders if needed;
  • Manage and support projects from brief to delivery, partnering with teams: Creative and Marketing, and ensuring progression across all stages, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Be the key liaison between multiple teams, ensuring feedback is implemented on time and issues are raised to Head of Client Service.
  • Co-ordinate briefing meetings with relevant teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are followed accurately.
  • Work closely with media partners and internal and external teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information concerning results for the campaign.
  • Look for ways of simplifying & adding clarity to everything we do. Proactively identify blockers and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Day to Day:

  • Ongoing projects leadership on daily basis; Content Production calendars, plans alignment, briefing, projects coordination, evaluation and team resource planning
  • Managing production execution and ensuring in line with communicated Category & Brand guidelines
  • Best practice sharing, providing strategic expert input, working out guidelines, localization of world best practices and providing expertise
  • On going business leadership on daily basis, getting input in terms of doc flow, contracts, costs, payment conditions and issues if any
  • Regular collaboration and best practice sharing, updating the plans, timings, any specific footage/post-production related, discuss and collaborate on guidelines, processes and WoW, provide recommendations if relevant
  • On going business leadership on regular basis in terms of overall brand content quality and timely delivery, relevant plans
  • Supervising dedicated Contractors work to ensure best service level and meeting business objectives.
  • Lead the production briefing, development & execution of content adaptation, incl alignment on project scope split, resources and timings
  • Ongoing communication content development and evaluation
  • Project and annual evaluation, continuously high service level
  • Best available adequate resources allocated for our brands projects
  • On going doc flow supervision accordingly to Purchasing policy
  • Partner on quality and timely project deliveries by exchanging feedback, proper briefing ensured (if agency leads)

Required Skills

  • English speaking with Bachelor’s degree.
  • Business oriented – very good understanding of business objectives of in-house agencies and ability to drive business by client management
  • Passion for and rich understanding of creative concepts development
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player and communicator
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organized (super strong traffic/project management skills!) and responsive
  • Extreme attention to detail, process oriented and meticulous data-driven nature

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in creative content production as senior project/account manager or supervisor, ideally with experience in similar Inhouse Production /Content development studios on a client-side or in bigger Production Houses mandatory
  • Strong experience in working with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Teams.
  • Client management / business development experience ( able to drive business by regular analysis and verification of clients’ needs in order to identify new business opportunities ).
  • Familiar working on 360 campaigns across digital, print, web , UX-UI, artwork and production
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of creative ideas development and trends within creative concepts.
  • Successful experience in cross-market projects leadership and coordination (relevant, big, multi-market projects)
  • Experience in multiple project management of different scales within tight timings and resources
